Frye Regional Hospital National Day of Dance at YMCA

Frye Regional Hospital National Day of Dance at YMCA

Frye Regional Medical Center invites families to the National Day of Dance for Your Health event on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Hickory Foundation YMCA from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  There will be mobile health unit screenings beginning at 8 a.m.

Day of Dance educates consumers on a variety of cardiovascular conditions and overall health. Coronary heart disease, which causes heart attacks, is the leading cause of death for Americans. When done on a regular basis as a form of exercise, dancing can burn as many calories as swimming, walking, or riding a bike.

The 2015 National Day of Dance is presented by Frye Regional Medical Center, the Spirit of Women Hospital Network and Good Housekeeping magazine. Join Frye to celebrate your family’s overall health. Everybody dance now!
