This year’s Denim & Diamonds fundraiser for the Children’s Advocacy and Protection Center of Catawba County promises to be a fun event, including a pig pickin’, live bluegrass music, a raffle and more.
The event will be held from 6:30 to 10 p.m. April 16 at the Sigmon Family Farm in Claremont.

The CAPC is a non-profit organization that works to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse and serious physical abuse. It coordinates the efforts of Catawba County Social Services, law enforcement, and the District Attorney’s office.
